The HP Virtual Classroom is an interactive online tool for training and group meetings. The application has many advanced features such as instant messaging, file sharing, video presentation and recording, slide presentations, and more. Users were given access to help documentation, but still required an easy-to-use application that they could refer to while using the application. We developed a web-based interface that incorporates help documentation with flash-based tutorials and a searchable glossary of terms.
